Are you ready to kick off your sales career in global education? And do you get excited by the idea of opening doors for the world's leading international education names? Then you're the one we're looking for.


This is an entry level position at The PIE. If you are new to the commercial world, want to kickstart your career, and are curious about what it takes to succeed in a global media business, this is a great place to start. You will learn from the ground up how the international education industry works, the organisations shaping it, the trends driving it, and the commercial decisions behind it. You will get exposure to a fast-moving global media business and the foundational sales processes that make it grow.


This role offers a unique chance to experience international education from the inside. You will work across borders, engage with different cultures and markets, and quickly develop an understanding of how to build commercial partnerships on a global scale.


Role: Sales Executive (Entry Level)
Location: Ideally London, UK based - strong candidates from anywhere in the world considered
Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES


You'll be the engine behind new business development, building a pipeline and helping The PIE grow its global partner base.



  • Research and qualify prospective clients across the international education market

  • Make outbound calls and build a fast-moving pipeline you're proud of

  • Consult, don't just sell, understand client goals and match them to the right PIE product

  • Spot market trends and identify growth opportunities

  • Deliver sharp presentations and proposals to decision-makers

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients

  • Keep your CRM accurate and your admin tight, data is everyone's friend

  • Attend global events and conferences to build your network in international education
