• Developing and executing strategic sales plans

• Generating new leads and winning new business (including cold outreach)

• Building strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients

• Working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored, tech-driven solutions

• Collaborating with marketing to launch smart, targeted sales campaigns

• Proven experience in B2B sales - ideally in IT or AV

• A natural relationship-builder with strong negotiation skills

• Confident with cold calling and lead generation

• Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-focused

• Willing to travel nationwide when required
