Are you a Sales professional with experience working in the Staffing Solutions sector or similar looking to join an international company that are rapidly expanding and will continually invest in you and your career?

You will be maintaining and updating client records, opening and managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients as well as identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to maximise client value.

This role would suit a Sales professional who has experience working within the Staffing industry and is looking for an exciting new opportunity to progress your career within a very well established organization.

The Role:

• Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce services.
• Manage the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth process.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to maximise client value.
• Provide regular updates and reports on account status, challenges and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction.

The Person:

• Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, HR or a relevant field
• Sales experience within the IT Staffing industry
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch
