SALES EXECUTIVE – PROPERTY

£27,000 + COMMISSION – OTE £32,000
INITIAL 12 MONTH FTC – VIEW TO GO PERMANENT FOLLOWING THIS
We are working with an extremely reputable global organisation, due to constant growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit 2 x Sales Executives to work from their Warrington office covering North West, Midlands and the East of England.
As a Sales Executive you will be:
Responsible for searching and engaging with landlords and investors to discuss services the business offers
Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients via telephone, email and F2F communications through networking opportunities
Managing pipeline and client base
Responsible for maintaining own administration; logging and updating CRM database to track own pipeline, updating spreadsheets, diarising call backs etc.
Occasionally attending internal and external networking events to engage with prospects, building strong rapport and new relationships
The ideal candidate will;
Have proven sales and account management experience
Be a good team player, a people person who can overcome objections and build strong relationships
Competent with IT systems, MS Excel, CRM systems etc.
