Job Description - Sales Executive - SEO / SEM / Facebook Ads

Do you have a real passion for digital marketing? Do you thrive to sell exciting and dynamic marketing solutions? Does selling to the global hotel sector appeal? Does the thought of selling solutions to existing Userguest clients that already trust the Userguest brand appeal?

We are looking for a highly capable and motivated Sales Manager to sell our digital marketing solutions to an existing portfolio of clients already using other Userguest solutions.

NB, This is a SALES role.......and not a Campaign Manager role

Userguest is an exciting and rapidly expanding VC-backed Hospitality software organisation providing leading-edge and innovative digital marketing solutions to independent and boutique hotels and regional and international hotel groups and chains globally. The Userguest marketing technology solution now helps hotels in over 30 countries drive more UV traffic to, and convert more of that UV traffic, into higher direct bookings to offset the high commissions charged by the OTAs (Booking.com, TripAdvisor, etc).

Key Responsibilities:
Work across an existing client base to identify upsell opportunities within Hotels/Hotel Groups using various methods (telephone, social selling & CRM data)
Proficiently present, promote, and sell Userguest's Digital Marketing solutions to Hotel Owners, Revenue Managers, GMs, and Commercial Directors of existing Userguest clients, demonstrating their value and benefits.
Diligently work not only to meet but exceed sales goals, playing a vital role in the growth and success of Userguest.
Provide clear, accurate, and prompt performance reports using Hubspot CRM to communicate a real time picture of your business outlook.
Stay up to date with market trends, and educating prospects on insight, or opportunities.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a Digital Media Marketing Sales Executive with good hands-on experience selling solutions including SEM, PPC, and Google/Facebook Ads.
Minimum 2 year's experience in a targeted sales environment with management of the sales funnel from qualified leads to contract close
Must be fluent in English & ideally one other EU language.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and remotely
Techy profile with a solid understanding of ecommerce technical concepts; SEO, SEM, PPC, tracking solutions, Google Tag Manager, and website scripts.
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with Hospitality Tech and Marketing or working for a Marketing Agency, Booking engine, RMS, PMS or Channel Manager would be a big plus.
