Role Overview
As a Sales Executive with The Academy of Digital Industries, you’ll be instrumental in guiding potential students through the process of selecting educational courses that best suit their aspirations in creative digital industries including graphic design, digital marketing and brand development.
Main Responsibilities
(+)2 years proven experience in sales, preferable in educational services, e-learning, or creative industries.
Excellent English written and spoken communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone, via email, and messaging.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills to convert inquiries into enrolments.
Must be self-motivated and trustworthy with a strong will to succeed.
Be familiar with or willing to work within a start-up culture
Well organised with experience using CRM systems and sales software.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Empathetic listener who can understand and respond to potential students' needs and concerns.
Goal-oriented, with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
Adaptable and open to feedback and coaching, with a continuous desire to improve both personally and professionally.
