Our client is a business technology provider and they are looking for ambitious and motivated Sales Executives to join its successful team in Whiteley.

What You'll Be Doing

Making outbound calls to businesses to identify new sales opportunities
Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
Managing your own sales pipeline
Negotiating and closing deals
Working towards and exceeding sales targets

What We're Looking For

Confident and comfortable speaking to people over the phone
Ambitious, resilient and motivated by results
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, target-driven approach
A positive attitude and willingness to learnPrevious sales experience would be beneficial but isn't essential. Experience in customer service, recruitment, retail, hospitality or another target-driven environment could also transfer really well.
