What You'll Be Doing

From day one you'll gain exposure to both the commercial and technical sides of the business.

You'll be:

Building relationships with customers across your region

Visiting construction sites and customer locations

Learning how major construction projects operate

Working with contractors, engineers and project managers

Identifying new business opportunities

Managing and growing customer accounts

Providing technical solutions to customer challenges

Working closely with depot, operations and engineering teams

Developing your commercial awareness and sales skills
