Our Client

Our client are a fast-growth, Series A funded HealthTech, who have created an all-in-one platform set to transform the healthcare industry. They’re 3 years old, already profitable, and have great investment from a top 1% VC firm. Their platform supports healthcare professionals to work quicker and more efficiently, and ultimately save lives faster. To support their rapid growth, they’re looking to hire a Sales Lead to join their scaling commercial team.

What You’ll Get

As a Sales Lead, you can expect a basic salary of £100-140k with uncapped commission. They are a fully remote business, with regular team meet-ups and a big emphasis on culture. You will be joining a team of bright, driven, and curious individuals who all share the same ‘no-ego’ mentality. There is huge scope for growth within the business, where dedication and a hunger to learn is recognised and rewarded.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Lead, you will work directly with the VP of Sales to scale out the commercial team, implement GTM playbooks, and work hands-on with closing deals. You will be a key part of the growth of the sales team, supporting with hiring Account Executives, training and coaching, whilst directly selling and closing enterprise deals yourself too.

What You’ll Need

As a Sales Lead you will have experience working within a SaaS start-up that has seen significant growth, and want to go on that journey again. You must have successfully scaled out a commercial team previously, but MUST be a strong closer yourself, and have experience closing enterprise deals with consistent high-performance. You will be a natural coach, be driven and dedicated and a true team player. You’ll need to have excellent communication and decision-making skills, be intellectually curious, and having a track record of personal growth and achievement is key!
