What you’ll be doing:

* Processing a high volume of invoices (800+ per month)

* Supporting the wider finance and operational teams

* Updating customer and client information accurately

* Handling invoice-related queries by phone and email

* Assisting with admin tasks and projects across the invoicing function

* Helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes

What they’re looking for:

* Previous experience working within a finance or invoicing team

* Strong admin and organisational skills

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

* Experience using accounting software

* Someone who can multitask, prioritise, and work to deadlines

* A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
