Key Responsibilities:Raising and issuing accurate sales invoices in a timely manner
Allocating customer payments to the correct accounts
Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email (light credit control duties)
Maintaining customer account records and updating details as required
Reconciling customer accounts and investigating discrepancies
Responding to customer queries regarding invoices and payments
Supporting the finance team with ad hoc duties as needed
Previous experience in a Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
