Position Overview:
Our client is looking for a Sales or Lettings Negotiator to drive residential deals across Hounslow.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and conduct property viewings.
Negotiate offers between landlords/sellers and tenants/buyers.
Manage relationships with clients and applicants.
Hit sales/letting targets and generate new business.
What you’ll bring:
Previous property sales or lettings experience.
Driven and competitive nature.
Excellent people skills and strong closing ability.
Full driving licence (preferred).
