Basic Salary: £20,000 – £23,000
On Target Earnings: £35,000 – £45,000

The Opportunity:

An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join one of Kentish Town’s most respected and dynamic estate and letting agencies as a Sales & Lettings Consultant.

This is a fast-paced dual role with full exposure to both sales and lettings – ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is confident with clients, and has a real passion for the local property market. You’ll be working with a highly experienced team, gaining invaluable knowledge and progressing your career within a well-established, market-leading agency.

This role suits someone who is driven, people-focused, and eager to build a long-term future in property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Registering and qualifying applicants across both sales and lettings
• Conducting property viewings and following up with applicants
• Assisting with valuations and appraisals alongside senior staff
• Supporting offer negotiation and pipeline management
• Building strong relationships with clients and applicants alike
• Contributing to marketing, outreach, and database growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience within residential property (sales, lettings, or admin) is desirable
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Presentable, professional, and personable with strong client-facing skills
• A real interest in the local Kentish Town and NW5 property market
• Ambitious and committed to a career in property
• Full UK driving licence is highly desirable
