• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm; Saturday 9am - 4pm (with a day off)

We are seeking a confident and proactive Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Colchester. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, excels in a customer-facing environment, and has a strong understanding of the local property market.

• Market and showcase properties to potential buyers and tenants.
• Support both the sales and lettings teams across various branches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and applicants.
• Negotiate offers and progress deals through to completion.
• Keep clients well-informed and ensure they receive outstanding service.

• Previous experience in residential sales or lettings.
• Strong local knowledge of the Essex and Suffolk property markets.
• Possession of a full UK driving licence – frequent travel is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
• A can-do attitude and a professional, reliable approach.
