• Ideally have a successful track record of selling or letting residential properties in a similar area
• Be keen to deliver the high levels of customer service that this company prides itself on
• Have excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner
• Have a UK driving licence - please note you will need to use your own car for property visits - there is a good car allowance
