Salary: £28,000 basic + OTE £42,000+

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team in Enfield. If you have sales experience in any sector – whether it’s cars, furniture, phones, or design – we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed in this creative and rewarding role.

• Leading and supporting a team of designers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Guiding customers through the process of creating their dream kitchen or bedroom, from initial consultation to completion.
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless design journey.
• Offering tailored advice on layouts, finishes, and functionality to meet customers’ needs.
• Staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations in kitchen and bedroom design.

• Previous sales experience in any field – training on design and product knowledge will be provided.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to develop a high-performing team.
• A creative flair and attention to detail to help bring customers’ visions to life.
• A results-driven attitude and a commitment to meeting targets.

• A competitive basic salary of £28,000 with the potential to earn up to £40,000 OTE+.
