Job Description - Sales Manager

To drive sales in the UK for Boost inc.

Boost inc is seeking an experienced, commercial sales manager for their Woolwich, East London location. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, preferably in vending/retail, food & beverage, hospitality, or b2b SaaS; looking to take the next step in their career. We’re looking for energetic and motivated people who are skilled in managing the entire sales cycle, from hunting to farming.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic sales manager to join our growing team. Working closely with the Head of Sales UK, and our international sales managers, you will play a key role in helping us win and manage new business.
  • Decisively hunt down business leads, and nurture these into new accounts.
  • Work across an extensive portfolio, intensively managing ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs continue to be met, and working with them to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Deliver against ambitious goals, working as part of a high impact sales team to develop and deliver sales strategies which consistently build pipeline.
  • Draw in technical expertise from across the organisation, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Work together with head of sales to prepare for senior engagement on key accounts
  • Play a leading role in negotiating the finer points of sales deals, including pricing and preparation of contracts / service agreements.
  • Experience in sales/customer facing roles, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Exceptional people skills. Able to demonstrate previous account management experience, 
  • You will be articulate, energetic, compassionate, and laser-focused on serving your existing clients, as well as nurturing new relationships.
  • Results-driven, innovative and solution-oriented, with a strong drive to deliver commercial results
  • Willing and able to travel internationally, sometimes at short notice

Desirable:
  • Possess an understanding of the latest sector trends & innovations. Ideally you will have experience in at least one of: food & beverage (F&B), coffee, hotels / hospitality, coffee & vending operators / automated retail, and or relevant B2B SaaS enterprise accounts,
  • Experience in selling tech or software based products
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing company
  • Full UK or European driving license

Location:Hybrid - Woolwich, London.  Comfortable being on site in line with business needs and travel internationally on a regular basis.
