• Lead for Success: Manage team performance through regular 1:1s, reviews, and motivational meetings.
• Drive Growth: Influence results with effective team management, action planning, and strategic delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Estate Agency experience with a flair for outstanding customer service.
• A results-driven mindset with a history of smashing targets.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a dynamic team.
• Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a passion for success.
• Exceptional presentation and service standards.
• Great organisational skills and a proactive mindset for market growth strategies.
• A full UK driving licence, business use insurance, and your own vehicle.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
