Job Description - Sales Manager

£85k OTE
Permanent, Full time
South West London (Richmond)

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of estate agency experience with 3+ year’s in management. You will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a successful Sales team within a high-performing office, whilst also demonstrating the ability to build new business and grow market share.

Role Overview:

Lead and develop a positive and stimulating team environment where all staff are supported and developed to reach their fullest potential.
Set and agree relevant targets, objectives and manage performance.
Review and monitor revenue and expenditure.
Oversee resolution of branch complaints and take charge of handling escalated issues.
Actively monitor competitor activity in order to develop a business plan and strategy to achieve the budget and profitability targets.

Requirements:

Ideally Local property experience.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and overachieving sales targets and related KPI’s.
Demonstrate high market appraisal conversion ratio.
Expert knowledge of relevant industry legislation.

Basic £30k - £40k
£85k OTE
