£65,000 OTE

Sales Manager – Estate Agency ?? Dorking, Surrey | ?? Full-time |

?? Salary £30,000 (DOE) + OTE £65,000

The Role Experienced Sales Manager wanted for a busy, well-established estate agency in Dorking. Lead a high-performing sales team, drive growth, and deliver outstanding client service in a competitive local market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and motivate the sales team
Drive listings, sales, and branch performance
Build strong client and vendor relationships
Conduct valuations and win new instructions
Stay on top of local market trends
Coach and develop junior staff

What You’ll Need

3+ years in residential property sales
Proven leadership and sales track record
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Local market knowledge preferred
Full UK driving licence
