I am partnered with a manufacturing business based outside of Billericay who are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:
As the Sales Manager, you will…

• Lead on strategic business development activities, both strategy and plan
• Manage a small team of sales professionals, including 1-2-1’s, appraisals and KPI’s
• Carry out business development activities to generate new business opportunities
• Work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and lead generation

Requirements:
As a Sales Manager, you will need…

• Proven experience of strategic and hands-on sales activities, plans and KPI’s
• Proven track record of working to and achieving sales targets
• 3 + years of team management
• Experience within ideally construction however manufacturing, industrial or similar sectors may be considered

Benefits:

• A base salary of £50,000 to £60,000 per annum DOE
