The Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the sales department, driving performance, mentoring team members, and securing new instructions. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the agency’s strong local presence and delivering outstanding service to buyers and sellers alike.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive residential sales performance and exceed branch targets
• Carry out valuations and win new instructions
• Lead, support and develop the sales team
• Build strong relationships with clients and local stakeholders
• Oversee marketing strategies to maximise exposure
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal processes
• Represent the agency professionally in the community

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven background in residential property sales
• Previous experience in a managerial or senior negotiator role
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent knowledge of the Goring and surrounding area property market
• Confident, driven, and highly organised
• Full UK driving licence required
