Job Description - Sales Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Used Car Sales Manager to join our Client’s busy retail operation in Worksop.

Our Client is offering the successful General Sales Manager up to £70,000 OTE.

Benefits:

Basic salary of £35,000 per annum, with £70,000+ uncapped annual earnings.

5-day working week.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
Sell and Buy Vehicles

Requirements:

Have a proven track record within a the role
Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
