Sales Manager – Beauty Industry Events

?? Coventry (Office-Based) | ?? £35,000 – £40,000 + 25% Bonus + Uncapped Commission

Are you a confident B2B sales professional who loves beauty, branding, and international travel?

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join a fast-growing events business based in Coventry City Centre, working on a flagship UK-based beauty exhibition. You’ll be connecting with global skincare, cosmetics, and wellness brands — helping them reach new audiences while building a career with uncapped earning potential.

?? The Role

• Sell exhibition space and sponsorship to beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands
• Build and manage long-term relationships with international clients
• Attend 3–4 international trade shows annually to meet clients face-to-face
• Follow up on warm inbound leads (no cold desk!)
• Manage your pipeline and reporting via Salesforce
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver an excellent exhibitor experience

?? What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in exhibitions, events, or lifestyle sectors
• Confident relationship builder who enjoys networking and face-to-face sales
• Interest in beauty, wellness, or fashion sectors (helpful but not essential)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Driven, motivated and target-oriented – with a consultative sales style

• £35,000 – £40,000 basic salary, based on experience
• 25% performance bonus + uncapped commission
