As they expand their UK presence, they're hiring a dynamic Sales Manager to build relationships across media agencies, drive revenue and be part of an agile, ambitious team.

• Own and grow relationships across media agencies - spanning strategy, planning, digital, programmatic, and AV teams.

• Deliver consultative sales by educating agency partners on how this video solution enhances campaign performance and drives brand outcomes.

• Identify and secure new opportunities, hitting and exceeding revenue targets.

• Lead in-person meetings, pitch confidently, and build trust through insight-led conversations.

• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and report key business insights to leadership.

• Proven experience in media sales with a focus on digital, video, AV, or brand solutions.

• Strong network within media agencies and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

• Consultative approach with the ability to craft compelling narratives for clients.

• Thrive in fast-paced, start-up-style environments - agile, positive and proactive.

• Passion for the evolving video and media landscape and an ability to inspire others with that vision.
