About the Company

My client is a UK leader in medical supplies and workplace wellbeing solutions, supporting organisations for over 45 years. Their mission is to improve employee health, safety, and compliance through innovative products and services.

The Role

They're looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead a team of 4 (2 Field Sales Executives, 2 Account Managers). You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and ensuring team performance aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
• Drive new business and grow existing accounts
• Deliver sales forecasts and account plans
• Build strong client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams on strategy and delivery
• Monitor CRM and pipeline activity

What You'll Need

• Proven B2B sales experience (healthcare/medical preferred)
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• CRM and data-driven reporting experience
