An established and highly regarded estate agency is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its thriving residential sales office in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious property professional to step into a senior leadership role within a fast-paced and results-driven environment.

The Role As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading and inspiring the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs
Driving growth in market share, revenue, and service standards
Conducting valuations and securing new instructions
Coaching and mentoring team members to support their development
Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards
Supporting local marketing and business development initiatives

Ideal Candidate

Strong track record in residential sales, ideally at Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager, or Sales Manager level
Confident leader with excellent people management skills
Persuasive communicator with strong negotiation and closing ability
Motivated by targets and business growth
Familiarity with the Slough property market is advantageous
Full UK driving licence required
