An established and highly regarded estate agency is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its thriving residential sales office in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious property professional to step into a senior leadership role within a fast-paced and results-driven environment.

The Role As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading and inspiring the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs
  • Driving growth in market share, revenue, and service standards
  • Conducting valuations and securing new instructions
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to support their development
  • Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Supporting local marketing and business development initiatives
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong track record in residential sales, ideally at Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager, or Sales Manager level
  • Confident leader with excellent people management skills
  • Persuasive communicator with strong negotiation and closing ability
  • Motivated by targets and business growth
  • Familiarity with the Slough property market is advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence required
