The role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join the Sales and Marketing team to support and expand inside sales efforts across international markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies to generate and qualify leads.
• Utilise CRM and sales automation tools to manage and optimise sales pipelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and communicate market feedback to internal teams.

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or relevant field.
• Inside sales experience within life sciences, scientific instrumentation, or related industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel as required.
