Sales Manager (UK – Direct sales)

• Salary Range: £52,000 – £65,000 base + bonus potential (£3,000 – £18,000 OTE)

My client who is a global beauty and wellness product company is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead their UK direct-sales operations. This role is ideal for someone with MLM experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in developing high-performing field teams.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead the development and execution of the UK sales strategy, focusing on planner recruitment and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top-performing planners, supporting their growth and development.
• Plan and manage sales budgets, incentive programs, and growth targets to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular sales trainings, onboarding sessions, and skill development workshops for planners.
• Analyse sales performance data, campaign effectiveness, and region-specific trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise promotions and incentives tailored for the UK market.
• Facilitate smooth communication between field teams and headquarters.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of direct-selling laws and compliance requirements within the UK.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in MLM/direct sales or a related leadership role.
• Proficiency in sales budgeting, team development, and training delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, capable of nurturing strong connections with both team members and planners.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales metrics and implement effective changes.
