Job Description - Sales Manager

Job Description

The LaLit Suri Hospitality Group, headquartered in New Delhi, is India's largest and the fastest growing privately owned Hotel Company. The company offers a portfolio of 13 Luxury hotels, palaces and resorts spread across Indian sub-continent.

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our dedicated Sales department.

Your New Role

As a key member of the Sales Team, you will conduct sales appointments to ensure vital business opportunities are identified and exploited as well as manage key accounts, ensuring client retention and engagement. You will use your in-depth knowledge of the The LaLiT London and its products, to ensure the potential of the property is maximised in order to meet and exceed sales targets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to make their mark, being a pivotal part of business success as the company is going through an exciting time of growth!

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for someone with a track record of sales achievement in the hospitality or a related industry. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding and interest of local, national and global industry trends.

You will be commercially aware and have an understanding of the links between sales and profit. You'll also have excellent communication skills have initiative and creativity in order to attract new clients.

Other desirable skills include:

·Previous experience in Sales from a luxury 4/5* hotel

·Fluent in written & verbal English language

·Exceptional customer care skills

·Proactive in generating leads and attracting new clients

·Target driven

·Professional and warm personality

·Proactive and enthusiastic, seeking opportunities to enhance the client experience

·Experience in using Sales and Catering Opera

·Flexible attitude
