We’re currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join a successful main dealership in the Kidlington area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional who has the leadership skills, commercial awareness and drive to lead a sales team and maximise dealership performance.

We’re looking for:

* Previous management experience within the motor trade is imperative

* Main dealership sales management experience

* Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets

* Strong leadership and people management skills

* A proactive, driven and commercially focused approach

* Someone who can motivate a team and drive performance

* Excellent customer service and communication skills
