5 Day a week (Some Saturdays required)

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their growing team as a sales Manager, based at their vibrant office in Purley.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a sales-focused role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service. A professional and confident approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and use your own initiative are essential.

Duties:

* Generating new property listings and instructions from sellers.

* Carrying out property valuations and market appraisals.

* Developing strategies to increase sales and market share.

* Building relationships with vendors, buyers, developers, and investors.

* Identifying new business opportunities and local market trends.

* Managing and motivating negotiators and sales staff.

* Setting sales targets and monitoring performance.

* Recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.

* Conducting performance reviews and providing coaching.

Key Skills:

* Proven experience in residential property Sales

* Strong track record in listing and winning instructions

* Ability to build and nurture strong business relationships

* Leadership qualities with a focus on motivating and guiding our team

* Relationship building skills

* A keen drive for securing new business
