Job Description - Sales manager
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities · Build key relationships with local businesses to evolve local partnerships · Developing the #We Move Businesses membership opportunities (both new and existing) · Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member facing role designed to enhance every visit · Buy-in to national focuses & incentives like #Workout Wednesday & #We Communicate · Willing and able to deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential and challenging them on a daily basis · Reporting facilities & maintenance related issues in accordance with best practice guidelines · Support the General Manager and wider team with any operational tasks necessary to ensure the business operates correctly, including Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, Recruitment, and various others like seal checker, kronos and branch scheduler etc.
