Job Description - Sales Manager

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our successful Pudsey office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 38.75 hours, Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm, Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, plus alternate Saturdays 9.30am to 1.00pm.The salary ranges from £30,000 to £40,000 plus commission scheme.
This role is pivotal to our success and we are committed to providing a competitive package that reflects the candidate's skills and responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator and has a proven track record in sales within the Residential property market.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identifying and analysing market trends to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
Negotiating contracts with customers.
Managing teams of sales staff and providing training and development.
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of sales staff.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:
Previous experience in a residential property sales management role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge and understanding of the ResidentialProperty industry.
Strong analytical and organisational skills.
