Salary £35,000, £60,000 - £70,000 Guarantee for 6 months + Commission

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am -6.30pm, Saturday

This is a chance to imprint your mark on the company, crafting a robust sales pipeline from the ground up.

Offering a generous package for the right candidate, including a £35,000 basic salary with guaranteed earnings of £60,000 to £70,000 for the first six months to support your transition. Additionally, a travel allowance is provided to ease your commute. Embrace a balanced work-life rhythm with alternate Saturdays and working hours of 8:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Thursday, concluding at 6 pm on Fridays and a shorter day from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturdays.

The client is entrusting the Sales Manager with 25-30 initial instructions to sell, laying the foundation for the department's success. While there will be no dedicated Sales Negotiators until a pipeline is established, support will be available from Lettings Negotiators.
