Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client presentations, workshops, and drive negotiations with the clients
Provide necessary input for building alliances with relevant product / service vendors
Develop and generate potential opportunities in different retail segments, such as grocery, DIY, pharmacy, etc. in UK and Ireland
Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationship with key potential customers and eco-system partners
Responsible for achieving channel sales targets for the Hanshow UK region
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to improve the order fulfilment efficiency and forecast accuracy
Research into the UK and Ireland market, develop and implement the strategic business plans for your markets to hit monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Internal communications with the UK and EU colleagues including presales, supply chain, after sales and marketing teams
Explore and attend retail or other related exhibitions to promote Hanshow solutions and values

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher
10+ years of sales experience with demonstrated track record in retail sector.
Successful previous experience as a sales or account manager, consistently exceeding sales targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Proven ability to adapt to and thrive in diverse cultural settings by demonstrating an open-minded approach, embracing varied cultural norms and working practices to foster effective collaboration and communication with colleagues and eco-system partners from a range of backgrounds.
