Job Title: Regional Business Development Executive Manager
Reports to: Head of BDE

Location: Exeter
OTE: £60,000 - £70,000

Job Purpose:
As a Regional Business Development Executive Manager, you will be involved in the hiring, training, coaching and development of new starters whilst coaching existing team members to improve their performance as they progress through the Sales Academy. You are expected to handle the day to day operational aspect of the team with a significant emphasis on coaching and developing the team to win and generate new business opportunities.

This is a great opportunity for a proven sales professional looking to step into their 1st leadership / management position.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and mentor staff on a regular basis to ensure they are reaching their full potential.
Deliver against your personal targets and the targets of those who you are coaching.
Work collaboratively with the Sales TLs to ensure we are driving conversion and GP from opportunities passed by your team.
Report progress and/or concerns regarding the team to Head of BDE
Be involved in the recruitment and probation process of your team.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all areas of sales, training staff on the relevant products and learning new products.
Ensure agents pipelines are being worked in line with the company strategy.
Conduct 1-2-1s with staff.
You are responsible for ensuring staff are provided with equipment, training packs and any collateral required at the appropriate times.
Deliver and work to the strategy and vision as set out by the business and the Head of BDE.
Skills and Experience
Ability to demonstrate leadership and development of sales staff.
High level of administrative skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional verbal and written skills.
Competent understanding of sales processes and procedures.
Great product knowledge.
Good interpersonal skills.
Approachable.
Target driven.
Able to provide concise and constructive feedback.
