Area to be covered: London & South East

Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus giving OTE £65,000 - £70,000

The role of Sales Manager - Cycling Street Furniture & Structures will involve:

• Field based position selling the design, manufacture and install of cycling street furniture and parking solutions; canopies, bike shelters, bike pump stations, bike tacks & stands
• Will be man managing 4 sales people therefore will need to be in the office typically 2/3 days per week
• Will be tasked with targeting the sales team and forecasting moving forward
• Overall responsibility for the sales function / revenue
• All of your time will be spent selling to local authorities, property developers, main contractors, landscaping contractors, sub contactors, architects and developers
• For a range of project sectors for example: residential, education, health care and retail
• Average order value can range from £10k-£50k+ depending on the size and scope but can be £100k+
• The territory will include the South East but most of your work will be inside the m25

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Manager - Cycling Street Furniture & Structures with:

• Must have some sort of people management experience
• Must have sold to architects, specifiers, local authorities OR property developers, main contractors, landscaping contractors and sub contactors
• Must be able to set targets and forecast sales
• Contacts with contractors / construction industry is advantageous
• Open in terms of the products you’ve sold
• Must have a hunter mentality and genuine desire to earn money
• Experience of identifying new opportunities coupled with excellent account management capability
• Computer literate
