You will be responsible for develop and implementing strategies and processes to empower the sales team to meet targets and grow the business.

The Role:

• Team management through leading, mentoring, and driving development
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure sales handovers are smooth and clients receive excellent service
• Conduct regular performance reviews to set KPIs and provide development plans
• Monitor the sales process to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
