Remuneration: £34,000 - £38,000 + Performance bonus scheme

The role of the Sales Manager – Fabrics will involve:

* Sales / Operations Manager position promoting our clients range of high-end fabrics for commercial & residential interior sectors

* Selling purely into trade to; architects, interior designers, property developers and blind/curtain companies

* Identify new business opportunities while developing existing customer accounts and increasing product penetration.

* Provide customers with technical and product knowledge, advising on the suitability, application and specification of fabrics.

* Work closely with the operational side of the business, supporting quotations, orders, stock, product availability and customer requirements.

* May be a requirement to attend trade shows and showrooms

* Project/Order sizes ranging from £60 - £5,000

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Manager – Fabrics with:

* Must have Sales experience, selling one or more of the following: fabrics, furniture, textiles, upholstery, wall coverings, soft furnishing, blinds, shading or a related interior product

* Highly advantageous to have experience selling to architects, interior designers or developers

* Beneficial to have existing operational management experience

* Consultative in approach/ relationship builder

* Vibrant, fresh and enthusiastic

* Autonomous, driven and excellent territory planning skills
