Sales Manager – France – Heavy Plant & Earthmoving Machinery
We are exclusively working with LiuGong Europe who are growing rapidly and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to promote the sales of LiuGong Earthmoving Machinery throughout France. This position plays a critical role in driving growth across their earthmoving portfolio across the France Region.

Role: Sales Manager
Area: Lyon, with travel throughout France
Salary: €58,000 – €75,000 per year + bonus + benefits

The requirements of the Sales Manager will be:

• As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a prospective customer accounts within your territory
• Regularly visit customers in the designated region to identify new machine sales opportunities
• Support the Head of Sales in driving sales growth in the assigned area
• Build strong working relationships with customers to secure future business and ensure repeat sales.
• Stay updated on local market trends, industry standards, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the market

The ideal candidate for Sales Manager will have:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry
• Experience developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
• Strong understanding of the construction equipment market, including trends, customer needs and competitor activity
• Experience in identifying sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, and securing long-term business partnerships
• Excellent organisational skills to manage customer calls, sales pipeline, and follow up actions efficiently
