The Role

Our client is seeking a commercially astute Sales Manager to lead business growth across France (with a secondary focus on the Benelux region). This role centres on strengthening existing accounts, securing new business, and expanding market share.

The ideal candidate will have a proven B2B sales background, with expertise in key account management and business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential, along with fluency in French and English, CRM proficiency, and a valid driving license for frequent travel. Experience in the foam, bedding, or industrial sectors and knowledge of Western European market dynamics will be advantageous.
