Job Description - Sales Manager - Hybrid

Your Role:

You'll manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients while developing your own pipeline, supported by a leading Sales Director. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Account Management: Nurture and grow current client relationships through calls, video meetings, and face-to-face visits.
  • New Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients with a proactive sales strategy.
  • Networking & Events: Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Proposals & Quotations: Create bespoke packages and tailored proposals to meet client needs.
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Maximise value from existing relationships.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools to manage activity, forecast, and report on performance.

What’s on Offer:

  • £30,000-£40,000 Basic Salary (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped Bonus Scheme - Realistic OTE £50,000-£60,000 in Year 1
  • Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours/week

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or a similar B2B role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a high-performing team
  • Based within a reasonable commute to Southborough
