Sales Manager / Lister – Estate Agency
Location: Croydon (covering Croydon, Purley & Coulsdon)
Basic Salary: £25,000
On Target Earnings: £40,000–£50,000
Type: Full-time | Permanent

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator (minimum 2–5 years' experience) ready to take the next step in their career. Our client is looking for driven, ambitious professionals who are confident in market appraisals and looking to develop into future branch leaders.

The Role:
You’ll be part of a team of 3 (Manager, Trainee, and yourself), fully supported by a sales progression and marketing team. The focus is on delivering a 5-star customer experience while listing and selling homes in your local area.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A solid background in residential sales with valuing experience
• Proven track record of winning instructions
• Great attitude, coachable and eager to progress
• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent communication and teamwork
