Location:

Coventry and Leamington Spa
Salary & Work Package:

£55,000 per annum basic + quarterly sales/commission bonus
Working Hours:

40 hours per week
Holidays:

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our Manufacturing Division. In this role, you will focus on making sales for our CNC and RPT Machines. Our CNC machines are full 5-axis machines capable of cutting foams, composites, solid wood and wood-based materials, aluminium, and similar density materials. Our RPT machines utilise SLA technology for high-precision 3D printing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales within the Manufacturing Division, focusing on CNC and RPT machines.
Work with our existing client base to maintain and enhance relationships.
Expand our client base to tap into a wider market and fulfill capacities within our Manufacturing Department.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering sectors.
Strong understanding of CNC and RPT machines and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Valid driver's license.
