The Opportunity

A successful and well-established business in Enfield is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop its sales team while driving continued business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded leader to join a thriving organisation, managing key customer relationships, developing the sales function, and contributing to future success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of 8 sales professionals.
Drive sales growth and maximise profitability.
Manage and grow key customer accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Oversee sales administration and order fulfilment processes.
Recruit, mentor and support team members.
Work closely with senior management on sales strategy.
Attend customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
Ensure exceptional levels of customer service.
Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Sales Leadership role.
