Job Description - Sales Manager (Passive Fire Protection)
An established and rapidly growing passive fire protection contractor is looking to appoint two experienced Sales Managers to support continued expansion across its Education & Property division.

We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience within either:
1. Social Housing / Residential 2. FM, Education and Public Sector Frameworks
The Role
Working closely with estimating, operational and senior leadership teams, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the passive fire sector
* Developing long-term relationships with housing associations, local authorities, consultants, main contractors, FM providers and asset managers
* Managing and growing an existing portfolio of key accounts
* Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
* Preparing client presentations, proposals and tender submissions
* Working collaboratively with operational teams to ensure commercially successful project delivery
* Achieving sales, gross profit and growth targets
* Monitoring market trends, framework opportunities and competitor activity
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
* Representing the business at client meetings, networking events and industry functions
About You
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
* Previous sales or business development experience within passive fire protection
* Strong knowledge of fire doors, fire stopping, compartmentation and compliance services
* A proven track record of winning new business and growing client accounts
* Experience working with contractors, housing providers, local authorities, FM providers or public sector organisations
* Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
Experience with framework agreements, public sector procurement and long-term service contracts would be advantageous.
