Are you a Sales Manager from a Power Transmission background, looking to join a multi-national company with a multi-billion pound turnover where you will be provided all the tools to successfully manage a team of external sales guys alongside all sales across the North?

In this role you will be 50% out on the road supporting and managing your team of 5 External Sales Representatives and the other 50% you will be able to work from home. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring, alongside monitoring KPI's and dealing with high level decisions.

This company are a leading global manufacturer specializing in drive automation solutions, providing innovative gearmotors, frequency inverters, and motion control systems for a wide range of industrial applications.

The role would suit Sales Manager from an Power Transmission background, wanting to progress their career to the next level in a company known for their staff retention.

The Role

• 50% field based, 50% work from home
• Managing 5 External Sales Representatives
• Coaching / mentoring
• Covering North patch
• Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

• Sales Manager or similar
• Power Transmission background (Conveyors, Bearings, Pumps, Motor)
