Job Description - Sales Manager (RPO)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven RPO Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
As a Sales Manager at Clive Henry Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts within the Recruitment Process Outsourcing market. This role requires a deep understanding of RPO solutions, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to identify and target potential clients, leveraging market research and industry trends.
Lead Generation:

Proactively generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events and conferences.
Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and presenting tailored RPO solutions.
Proposal Development:

Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients, clearly articulating the value and benefits of our RPO services.
Negotiation and Closing:

Lead contract negotiations and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets, ensuring profitable and sustainable business growth.
Market Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.
Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and delivery, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of RPO solutions.
Reporting and Forecasting:

Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular sales reports, and provide forecasts to the leadership team.

Desirables:
Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in the RPO or recruitment space.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of RPO services and the recruitment industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
