We need a proactive Lister who knows how to spot opportunity and secure instructions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Market Share: Actively generate new business, conduct accurate market valuations, and win instructions to outpace local competition.

Lead & Inspire: Manage day-to-day branch operations, mentoring a dedicated team of negotiators to hit and exceed their monthly targets.

Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales progression process from instruction to completion, ensuring slick communication and protecting your pipeline.

*

Customer Excellence: Deliver an exceptional standard of service, ensuring vendors, buyers, and investors receive a smooth, professional experience.

*

Local Visibility: Act as the local market expert within Addlestone, Weybridge borders, and the wider Runnymede borough.

What We Are Looking For

Proven Track Record: A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in residential estate agency sales, with a clear history of winning instructions (listing/valuing).

Local Insight: Strong knowledge of the Surrey property market (experience in the Runnymede, Spelthorne, or Elmbridge boroughs is highly advantageous).
